NOFF® No Stored Pressure, Explosion Proof Tank has technology that enables automatic activation using temperature, smoke, or flame sensors that detect any incidents occurring in the protected area. It has an extinguishing method that may be used to completely flood an enclosed space or to protect any surface. The device may also be manually activated using emergency buttons or manual pull stations located in situ or even remotely. Once the sensors are activated, a signal is sent to a fire alarm control panel and an electrical current immediately turns a pressure generator on inside NOFF® tank, which will cause the extinguishing agent to break an aluminum seal in the discharge nozzle, spreading the superfine dry chemical powder over the surface and putting the fire out. With the NOFF® No Stored Pressure, Explosion Proof tank, you can put fires out quickly, effectively and safely.
