Return and Warranty Policy
This Return and Warranty Policy applies to NOFF® products purchased directly from KEMIS, S.A.P.I. de C.V., does not include the warranty and / or return of NOFF® products purchased through distributors or system integrators, who must respond to the end customer directly in accordance with their return and warranty policies. If you have concerns or questions about the policy, please contact the appropriate customer service center. NOFF® Product Returns Before you can return any NOFF® product, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (ADM).
This applies to all returns or replacements of NOFF® products. To obtain an ADM, contact the appropriate NOFF® customer service center and have the product and the following information available:
Purchase order number
Indicate the Product
Once you have the ADM, repackage the NOFF® product properly. (check the Packaging and Shipping section on our website), then send the product to the return location provided by the customer service center. All NOFF® products must be returned within 30 days after obtaining the ADM provided that they are within the warranty period indicated below for the different NOFF® products.
If those 30 days pass, please contact customer service. We do not accept unauthorized returns. NOFF® customer service center:

NOFF® Products Warranty NOFF® reserves the right to replace any product that is within the warranty.
The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered. The time of the warrantys will depend on the product which are the following:
